Craigmaddie

Scotland, GB

A pleasant craggy sandstone ‘moorland’ venue above Mugdock overlooking the tower blocks of Glasgow. It can be snappy after rain so visit in dry spells only. Please respect livestock in early season. Originally opened by Willie Gorman, Pete Roy, John Watson, Colin Lambton and friends. Note: there is no climbing allowed on the western erratic that is the historically carved Auld Wives' Lifts.
