Grauwand

Tyrol,

The Grauwand crag offers 37 independent routes over the best limestone rock. These are mostly vertical to slightly overhanging and require some climbing technique. In the up to 30-meter high, south-facing climbing garden, which was only recently completely renovated, you will find routes in the difficulty grades 5c to 8a. The Grauwand was one of the first climbing gardens in the Rofan. It was drilled in the summer of 1999 by Hannes Salvenmoser and Otto Oelze. In the summer of 2021, all lines were renovated. In the course of the renovation, new routes have also been created.
