For a long time this section was wrongly considered very difficult and it was also wrongly identified with the overhang of the Superpanza. In time climbers realized that this wonderful wall offered beautiful and moderately difficult routes and the possibility of endurance and exposed climbing on good holes. When also the nearby Placca dei Maleducati was bolted, the discovery of the area was completed. It immediately became a popular climbing site for those who love climbing on vertical walls, thanks to its good quality rock and the quantity of 6 grade routes.
