Exquisite climbing in compact red sandstone. Here you will find everything that sandstone climbing has to offer: cracks, pockets, slabs, edges. A real paradise between vineyards and traditional wineries. The fixed protection is good, yet not all bolts are positioned in the best location. For those who like bouldering there are fine boulders to be found everywhere – just like Fontainbleau! The rocks face east and are located above the vineyards, giving ideal conditions to climb during mild winter days. In Spring the bushes provide shelter from the sun and in the late afternoon one is anyway in the shade. The word is out. Be prepared to share a route or two with your fellow climbers.
