Craig Minnan

High on the moors above Lochwinnoch lies Muirshiel Country Park, which can be a windblown place, but very pleasant if the sun is shining and the skylarks are singing above the heather. The bouldering is somewhat incidental, but there are some steep buttresses on the outskirts of the country park, specifically the little summits of Craig Minnan and just to the west Little Craig Minnan. The problems are mostly pleasant lower-grade circuit problems, sometimes a little highball so take care.
