Piste dei Dinosauri

Piste dei Dinosauri (dinosaur tracks) is certainly one of the most beautiful and best situated climbing areas near Rovereto. The crag is named after the archaeological site. Here, footprints of dinosaurs from the Jurassic period were discovered. Despite the difficult approach through some kind of lunar landscape, this area is especially worth visiting during the in between seasons and on sunny winter days.
