Zanser Alm

Südtirol/Alto Adige, IT

Zanser Alm is technically not part of Val Gardena anymore, but borders it. The boulders here are ideal for families and beginners, even though the approach is a bit longer. The routes are not too long and the ample space under the wall is very inviting. Additionally, there are a few well protected routes in the 4th grades, ideal for beginners to collect first climbing experiences. A visit to Zanser Alm is rewarded with a view of the Geisler/Odle, since the crag lies directly at their base. In 2023, the crag was renovated as part of the AVS training course "Einrichten & Sanieren von Klettergärten".
