Meteora-Doupiani

Doupiani is a tower rising above the last houses at the edge of Kastraki village. It is the most popular cliff for climbing in Meteora, thanks to an easy and fast approach and high-quality rock which looks and feels sturdier than the rock of most of other towers. Furthermore, you will find several well-bolted easier routes here, which makes Doupiani an ideal intro crag for those not accustomed to Meteora’s peculiar rock and climbing style. The Doupiani Southeast Face features some mega-classic, very popular routes.
