Manzaneda

Manzaneda has been bolted since the 80´s. It is one of the most popular crags in Asturias and also one of the first. As it is near Oviedo it can be reached by public transport. The quick dryness of the rock, the quality and good bolting make this crag a popular sport for people who like climb six grade routes. The climbing is vertical and technical and the most difficult routes require stamina. Best season: you can climb all year round. In summer in the evenings the wall is shaded. In winter you can climb the wall in the middle of the day. The rock dries very quickly after it rains.
