Telematica

Liguria, IT

The crag Telematica fills a gap, which often exists in the climbing world - we are talking about a cliff with easy routes. The definition of “easy routes” has changed over the last couple of years and nowadays people often refer to routes of the grade 6a or even 6b as easy. On this sunny, slightly slabby or vertical cliff “easy” routes are not missing. For once there are even routes of the grades 4 and 5, a difficulty which in these days is hard to find and almost doesn’t seem to exists on crags anymore At the Telematica climbing is on nice rock. The routes are never banal or repetitive. There are slabs, vertical walls, dihedrals and even some more athletic routes like the dihedral/ crack climb Kazza, which finishes with “the easy stuff ” and enters the world of the almost difficult.
