The Grotto is the Finalese version of excellence. The climbs here require big muscles. Routes are often more horizontal than overhanging. Testing ground (or campus board) of the fiercer Finaleros. The routes with their grades preceding the Euro don’t grant anything. Starting off with the easier routes is the 7a+ Trumeau which requires good body positing is advisable, then Commodino 7b which requires stamina, followed by the precarious Murzega 7c+, Gira Vuelta 8a which asks for acrobatics and then all becomes necessary for the strung together route Trans Caboni 8b or more.
