Burbage Valley

Peak District, GB

Welcome to Bouldering Heaven. The Burbage Valley – bigger and better looking than Bas Cuvier – has it all. A large, open valley sweeps north to south, with an ice cream van at the top, and a pub at the bottom. The valley sides are ringed with crags, isolated buttresses and random boulders, all of which contain superb bouldering. Shady, sunny, sheltered, exposed, steep, slabby, highball, bunched, weird or basic – there is something here for everyone, whatever the season or conditions.
