Froggatt

Peak District, GB

Since our last guide was published the amount of bouldering at Froggatt has expanded dramatically, to include problems on isolated boulders in the woods below the edge and on buttresses and boulders that stretch back to the Hairpin Boulder, as well as those scattered among the routes on the main edge. The problems range through the full gamut of styles: traverses, dynos, technical walls, starts to routes, hard highballs, roofs, arêtes and slabs. And the quality is outstanding throughout – a fine circuit that can easily be linked with the problems in the Moon Buttress area of Curbar.
