Unterinn „Matz“

Südtirol/Alto Adige, IT

The climbing crag in Unterinn is published for the first time in this guidebook. Already in 2010 the first routes were opened. Over time, around 50 routes have been established, but the potential is far from exhausted. The special feature of this red porphyry wall is the fact that in addition to cracks and ledges, there are also natural holes in the lower and upper part of the wall, which is actually atypical for this type of rock. The climbing crag is exposed to the sun for most of the day and therefore perfect for the winter months.
