L’Orrido

Trentino, IT

Tellingly, the name of this crag is: “orrido” which means gorge, but also “the horrible”. The rock wall is above a gorge next to the road. The climbing is mainly on holes in an overhanging wall. The routes are correspondingly difficult. The noise of the raging water in the creek and the cars above the climbing wall can be distracting for some climbers. However, it is worth visiting for those who climb around the level of difficulty of 8a.
